Lotto: There was no jackpot or match 3 winner in the Crumlin Park House & Resource Centre Sponsored lotto draw held on the 22nd of August in Ryaan''s Bar. Numbers drawn were 4, 17, 18 & 24. Seller’s prize went to Sabrina Moran. This week’s draw (29th August) was held in Mannion''s Bar with the jackpot now at €12,700. Monthly Draw: This month''s draw will take place next Monday night in Mannion''s Bar after the lotto draw. If you wish to enter the Monthly draw which entitles you to free family membership please contact please contact Brian on 086 156 6592 to arrange payment or via www.abbeyknockmoy.gaa.ie

Underage hurling training continues every Friday evening 6.15-7.15pm for U-6,U-8 & U-10''s. All welcome. Our U10''s played Annaghdown last Sat evening in Abbey and we had two excellent games with some great skills on display from both sides. Thanks to Annaghdown for travelling.

Our U-8''s & U-10''s have a game V Sylane next Fri in Abbey @ 6.15pm, we need all players to attend and be there at 6pm. Our U-13''s won their semi final last Sat again Annaghdown and progress to the final Sun 28th with venue and time TBC. U-15''s are in championship action this Thursday at 6pm against Rahoon-Newcastle in Tonabrocky.

Our annual CATS ( Carnmore, Abbeyknockmoy, Turloughmore & Sylane) tournament for U-6,U-8 & U-10''s will take place this year in Loughgeorge Claregalway Sat Sept 17th. Details to follow.

Congratulations to our dual star Fionnan Garvey and his Galway minor football team mates on their superb victory in the All-Ireland semi-final on Sunday against Donegal. Well done to the Galway U-21''s on their All-Ireland semi-final success at the weekend.

Camogie Club: Well done to the the U-10, U-11 and U-12 teams who all won their respective games last week. Hard luck to the Junior C ladies on losing out to a very strong Portumna team in the semi final. U-11''s are away to Davitts on Monday and Gort on Thursday. Also, in Gort on Thursday at 7.00 the U-9''s play before the U-11''s. Good luck to the U-10''s are in the North Board final on Saturday against Mountbellew.
Thanks to everyone who supported the County board church gate collection over the weekend and to the volunteers who collected. Well done to all the girls who danced in the Fleadh over the weekend.
