There was no jackpot winner in this week's Crumlin Park House & Resource Centre Sponsored lotto. Numbers drawn were 11, 14, 27, and 29. No match 3 winner. Next week's draw for €5,700 will take place at McGanns. Seller’s prize goes to Tommy Melia.

Our monthly draw was held on Monday 27th in Mannions. Congrats to Ronan Cooley who scooped the €700 1st prize. €100 went to Brian Griffin, Padraig O’Donnell and Brian Flaherty. Hurling: Training continues this week for the Juniors and Intermediates on Tueday at 7pm.

Well done to the Intermediate team on their win over Kinvara. Trailing by 2 at the break 8-6 (points from Caelom Mulry, Paul Flaherty, Damien Rooney and Brian Flaherty) Abbey hit two goals from Padraig O'Donnell and Craig Kennedy early in the second half to put us in the lead which we didn't relinquish. Full time score 2-11 to 0-15. Team: Declan Molloy, Tommy Farragher, John Culkin (Capt.), David Carton, Stephen Ruane, Brian Costello, Ronan Cooley, Brian Flaherty (0-4), Paul Cooley, Danny Mullins, Paul Flaherty (0-5), Damien Rooney(0-1), Caelom Mulry (0-1), Trevor Mullins, Brian O'Donnell. Subs used; Craig Kennedy (1-0), Padraig O'Donnell (1-0), Coleman Maher, Eoin Blade. This was a fantastic team effort by Abbey who were best served by John Culkin, Paul Flaherty and Brian Flaherty.

Intermediates are back in championship action this Friday at 8.30pm in Duggan Park, Ballinalsoe V Killimor.

Junior League: Our Juniors went down to a stronger Turloughmore side by 1-16 to 0-7. Team was: Glenn Moran, Mike O'Brien, Keith Higgins, Niall Murphy, Joey Boyle, Ger Ruane, Eanna Connolly, John Coleman, Cathal Mannion, Declan Moran, Kenneth Garvey, Alan Devane, Mark McDonagh, Danny Flaherty, and Mike Gannon. Subs: Tommy Boyle & Gary Kennedy. Next league game is fixed for away in Skehana on Tuesday 28th.

Underage hurling: Underage training continues every Sunday morning at 12.30pm all are welcome especially newcomers to U6 & U8's.

U10's played Mountbellew on Sunday morning in Abbey. After an entertaining game we shared the spoils so well done to the lads.
U12 training continues Mon 7-8pm & also Sat morning @ 10.15am with their league starting in next few weeks.
U14's are fixed to play Carnmore this Thurs in Abbey in championship at 7pm.
U16's c/ship continues this week away to Mullagh.

Camogie: Hard luck to U14s who lost the shield final this weekend against a very good Castlegar team. Training continues this Wed 6-7. Friday training replaced this week with a double header in Abbey with both u12 teams in action against Liam Mellows. U10s play Ballinasloe Thursday in Abbey.
