There was no jackpot winner but one player matched 3 in the Crumlin Park House & Resource Centre Sponsored lotto draw held on the 16th November in McGanns’s. Numbers drawn were 5, 7, 14 and 27. Congrats to Ger Cooley, Kilskeagh on matching three numbers winning €40. The seller’s prize went to Keith Ruane, Ryehill. Next week’s draw on the 23rd November will be held in O’Donohoe’s Bar with the jackpot now at €8,600. All results are available on line at www.abbeyknockmoy.gaa.ie ; Facebook and Twitter.

Intermediate Hurling:  We wish our Intermediate squad and management the very best of luck in their trip to Ruislip, London where they will take on Robert Emmets (London) in the AIB GAA Hurling All Ireland Intermediate Club Championship Quarter Final at 1.30pm on the Saturday 21st November.

 Many thanks to all who supported our fundraising table quiz in aid of the intermediate team who face Robert Emmets of London in London this weekend in their All-Ireland 1/4 Final. The quiz was well attended with 35 tables in competition. Congrats to the winning team of Paul Keane, John Coleman, John Treacy, Ronan Byrne who won by the bare minimum. The winning team returned the cash prize to the club; it was a fantastic gesture and greatly appreciated. We wish to thank Michael Langan who compiled the quiz and officiated over the correcting, Alan Devane who provided speaker system and music after, the staff of the Woodside bar, Abbeyknockmoy Development Company for providing tables and chairs, all club members who assisted on the night and a special thanks to all who provided spot prizes on the night. In addition thank you to all those who braved the elements to do our church gate collections this weekend and thank you to all who supported this collection.

 Camogie: Hard luck to the U14 girls who lost the North Board final replay to Mountbellew on Saturday morning. The best of luck to the Intermediate hurlers in London this weekend.

 Sincere condolences to the McGrath family, Laragh on the untimely passing of former club hurler and supporter, Michael. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
