U12 training continues Mon 7-8pm.

U14's are looking forward to a big weekend this w/end 17-19th as its Feile w/end. Our first Feile game will be at home Fri 17th v’s Tuam and then Sat at our host club ‘Portumna’. We’ll be based there all day Sat where we have Portumna, Barna & Rahoon to play with the outright winner competing in the Final in Athenry Sun 19th @ 12pm.

Sincere thanks to all who supported the table quiz last Fri night in aid of u/age and Feile. Many thanks to Noeleen Cosgrove for setting the questions and to Sean and Eithne O'Donohue for their usual hospitality. Any parents who couldn't attend but who would like to contribute towards the costs of Feile w/end all support is greatly appreciated.

U16's were hit hard by injuries and players away last week in championship action as we could only field 13 against 15 V Ml Cusacks last Thurs. But our players lost no shame in defeat as the 13 lads worked hard for the cause. We wish P Muldowney a speedy recovery from his recent injury.

Minors won their first c/ship game against Pearses last Sat evening; we wish them well for the rest of the c/ship.

Camogie: Junior Bs secured a vital win away to Carnmore in very difficult conditions on Saturday evening. It was very encouraging to see our younger girls pushing through to this grade and combining with the more experienced girls to record our 2nd win from 2 games. Under age training continues wed 7-8 and Friday 6-7. U10 league and U 12 championship kick of this week. Any girl not registered will not be eligible to play.
