There was no jackpot or match 3 winner in this week's Crumlin Park House & Resource Centre Sponsored lotto. The numbers drawn were 1, 2, 9 and 26. Next week's draw for €3,500 will take place in Kelly's.

Training Tuesdays and Fridays at 7.45pm for all adult players. U13 hurlers had a mixed week last week in the first week of the U13 championship. Firstly last Mon against outside pressure we managed to gather 15 hurlers to face Athenry in Abbey. This age bracket is a real challenge for us and has proven to be all the way up along the line. Anyway our players as usual gave it everything and went in at halftime well up but Athenry came out and really came at us very strongly. But our lads again battled on and we managed to dig out a great win and the lads certainly deserved it. Thurs then after another battle to encourage lads we managed to tog out 18 tks to all the young enthuastic hurlers from U12 a lot who are only 10, turning 11 in the summer. We were in Ballymacward up against Pearses and after 2 mins we know we were in for a tough evening. We are in the C division but this Pearses team are at least 2 divisions better than us and they expressed themselves superbly, hard as it was to watch our lads take a massive beating they never once gave up and keep hurling from start to finish and for that we were still proud of the lads. We would like to thank all players who turned up for both days and without naming them there were a few lads who for one reason or another hadn't hurled for a few yrs so special thanks to them for turning up which enabled us to field a team. Also sincere thanks to all parents who gave lifts & support the team whatever the results. Panel v Pearses was Rhys Forde, Cian Forde, Ronan Dunleavy, Niall Farragher, Daniel Lydon, Niall Forde,Adam Wynne, Jaden O'Connor,Cathal king, Cian Harris,Tomas Brogan,Michael Molloy,Martin Flaherty,Tyler Speight,Alex Park, Mark Crehan, Sean Lydon, Adam Connolly. Our U12 games are all on hold until the U13 c/ship is finalised. U13 championship v Barna in Abbey this Thurs 5th @ 6.30pm and Thurs 12th we travel to Ballindereen for 6.30pm throw in. Can all players be in Abbey for 6.15pm Thurs. U-6's & U-8's take on Turloughmore this Friday at 7pm. U-10's are also scheduled to play this Friday against Mountbellew in the East Galway League.
