There was no jackpot winner in this week's Crumlin Park House & Resource Centre Sponsored lotto.  There was one match 3 winner of €40, Damien Boyle, Abbert.  The numbers drawn were 18, 22, 23 and 26. Next week's draw for €3,800 will take place at the Woodside Bar, Monivea.

Reminder: Please note that yearly and 6 month lotto subscriptions are now due. Please submit same to the treasurers without delay. How about giving a friend or loved one a subscription to our weekly lotto for that special occasion?  Subscriptions can be purchased for a time period of your choice by contacting Catherine at 0876900352 or via www.abbeyknockmoy.gaa.ie

Club Monthly Draw: The members draw was held on Monday night at the Ice Queen Pageant and the main prize of €700 went to Gerry Flaherty, Abbert with Liam & Shiela Doyle, Abbert, Mary Murphy, Clogherboy and Sean Murphy, Ryehill each receiving €100. We thank all members who continue to contribute to this fundraising draw. If you wish to enter the Monthly draw which entitles you to free family membership please contact Catherine on 087 6900352 or via www.abbeyknockmoy.gaa.ie

The club needs more help with our lotto groups. This would be an ideal opportunity for some of the parents of our underage members or any club member to assist the club without too much time involvement.  Please contact 0876900352 for further details.

Our book on the history of Abbeyknockmoy Hurling Club is still available for sale at local outlets, online at www.abbeyknockmoy.gaa.ie or contact 0876900352. This book would be a great gift for every home in the parish, and especially for those involved with the club in Hurling, Camogie or handball in any capacity over the years.

Free copies of the club 2015 calendar have been distributed. Thank you to all those businesses that supported the club by taking out advertisements in the calendar.

2015 GAA National Draw tickets are available to purchase for €10 from any club officer. See www.gaa.ie/national draw for the list of great prizes. All proceeds from these ticket sales will stay in our club.

Thanks to all that attended and supported our contestants at the Ice Queen of Abbey pageant which was held in the Abbey Inn on Monday night last.

Congratulations to Ger and Paula Ruane on their marriage this week.
