There was no jackpot winner in this weeks lotto. Congrats to P Cunningham who matched 3 numbers and receives €40. The numbers drawn were 7, 13, 23 and 27. Next week's draw for €2,500 will take place in Mannion's Bar. Monthly draw takes place after next Monday nights lotto draw.

We are having a fundraising Texas Hold'em Poker Night on Friday the 28th of March in O'Donohoe's. Registration commences at 7.30pm. Entry is €25. We thank all who purchased a ticket for the Galway Hurling Fundraising Fashion Show night this Thursday night in the Clayton Hotel. We hope you have an enjoyable night.

Hurling: Important club monthly finance meeting this Wednesday at 9pm in the clubhouse. All club officers and managers are requested to attend. As we are fast approaching the deadline for registering players (31st of March), we would ask all players to have membership payed asap. 
Intermediates are in league action this Sunday morning V Moycullen in Abbey. Throw in time to be confirmed. We may also be in Tain league action, management to confirm. An under strength U-21 team were well beaten by Meelick-Eyrecourt on a full-time score of 2-18 to 0-5. We trailed at half time 10 - 3. We hope to have all players back for the back door game which is fixed for two weeks time where we face Kilconieran who lost to Mullagh 1-11 to 0-10. Team was Alan Devane, Cian Murphy, Stephen Joyce, Kenny Garvey, Adrian McDonnell, Paul Flaherty, Paul Cooley, Cathal Mannion, Joey Boyle, Daniel Flaherty, Dean Keary, Ja Moran, Michael O'Brien, Caelom Mulry, Liam McCarthy. Sub used Glenn Moran for Daniel Flaherty.
U-16's & U-12's enjoyed good challenges V Carnmore & Turloughmore respectively and were narrowly defeated in both. U-14's lost to a very strong Killimordaly outfit on Saturday afternoon. U-16's are in championship action V Ballindereen in Ballindereen at 1.30pm on Saturday and again on Thursday we play Kinvara in Abbey at 6.30pm. U-14's are in action V Michael Cusacks this Monday at 6.30pm in Beagh. U-14 training continues Thursday and Monday at 7.30pm. U-12 -training continues every Thursday at 6.30pm. Underage training for U-6, U-8's and U-10's continues this Sunday from 12.30pm.  Registration will continue at these training sessions.
Camogie: Training schedule this coming week; U-16's - Tuesday from 7-8pm & Saturday 5-6pm, U-12 & 14 - Wednesday from 6-7pm, U-6, U-8 & U-10 - Wednesday from 7-8pm, U-10 training session - Friday from 6-7pm, JUNIOR B - Wednesday 8:15-9pm & Sunday 4-5:30pm

Anyone who has not yet registered their child please do so asap as all registrations due by April 1st (next Tuesday). Any queries regarding registration please feel free to contact us.
Hard luck to the U14 team who lost out to Skehana over the weekend. They'll have another match this weekend but game not fixed as of yet.
Junior B's have their 1st game of this season this weekend at home as they play Craughwell in the 1st round of the League fixtures. Game provisionally scheduled for 12 noon on Saturday 29th. Any changes to this will be posted on our facebook page.
Thank you and well done to all our coaches who've given their time to attend various courses, with the most recent being a referee's course. Good luck with the upcoming exam.
