The hurling club lotto has been postponed to Tues 29th. Results will be posted to the website on Wednesday and will be published with next weeks lotto results. The members draw will also be held alongside the lotto next Monday.

In hurling our U-15's won their semi-final game over the weekend when they played Meelick/Eyrecourt and won it handy with a final score of 3-10 to 0-3. Training continues on Thursday evening.
The U-16 Connacht final has been fixed for November 16. More details will be given nearer the date.

Bank Holiday Monday in 88 our Senior Hurling team lined out for the SHC finals and 25 years later they lined out again on Bank Holiday Monday this time in Pearse Stadium, as they were honoured by the County Board. The full panel turned out for this wonderful occasion and their smart jubilee Club crested ties added to the sense of occasion. Photo's of the 25th anniversary social and of the County Final celebrations will be put on our website shortly. Congratulations to Portumna on winning the SHC title and to Turloughmore & Liam Mellows who get to do all over again on another day we wish them the best of luck.

The Hurling Club A.G.M will be on Sunday 24th November @ 4pm in the Hurling Club meeting room. In view of the progress that's been made in the club this year, we ask that all players and members attend as everyone's ideas are vital in implementing a development plan that will improve on year.

In camogie, our Junior B and U10 teams took part in the North Board 7-a-sides on Monday just gone. This event is held in conjunction with the National Breast Cancer Research and MS Ireland to raise funds. It is an honour to take part in such great event and we thank all the committee members of the North Board, as well as Mountbellew GAA for organising and hosting this tournament. We look forward to seeing you all again next year. Many thanks to the parents and players who turned up to support the tournament.
U10 training will be on for the next 6 weeks and will then break until February. Training will be from 6-7pm every Friday.
The Camogie Club A.G.M will be held on Sunday 10th November @ 6pm in the Hurling Club meeting room. We invite all members, players and parents to come along as we set out our ideas and plans for next year.
