Lotto: This weeks numbers were 16, 20, 23, 25. There was no jackpot winner and no match 3's. Next weeks jackpot is €2200 and the draw will be in Donohues Bar & Lounge.

Hurling news: Intermediates lost 1-8 to 3-11 in their opening league game away to Cappataggle Sunday morning. Missing some regulars and up against an almost full strength opposition we trailed 3-8 to 6 points at half time. The team performed well towards the end of the first half and the second half but the early concession of the three goals meant we were always chasing the game. Team was Declan Molloy, Stephen Ruane, Tommy Farragher, Michael Gannon, Paddy Flaherty, Tom Blade, Paul Cooley, John Blade, Ger Ruane, Ronan Cooley, David Carton, Padraig O'Donnell, Frank Carton, Brian O'Donnell, Danny Mullins. Subs used Dean Keary and Barry Flaherty.
U-21's drew 2-14 to 20pts after extra time with Portumna. No details on when replay is fixed for yet. Keep an eye on our website and facebook page for details.
Minors defeated Sylane 2-12 to 1-6 on Sunday in the SVL.
U-14 played 2 games last week in the SVL league. On Thursday they defeated Tuam on a score of 5 - 6 to 0- 4 and again on Saturday they defeated Skehana on a score of 3-7 to 1-4. On both occasions the team performed well. It is expected a further SVL game to take place this week and Fintan will be in touch with all players in advance of the game.

Well done to Brian Flaherty and the Galway team who defeated Kilkenny on Sunday. Brian was a second half substitute.

Camogie News: Junior B training recommencing this week, see for further details.
