We are organising a bus to the match so if anyone is interested in coming along let us know, 087-6361836. We had a great response to the sponsored Car Wash & would like to thank Louise Tracey, Marie Forde, Aoife Mitchel, Sharon Gannon, Sinead Laffey, Lorraine Lee, Gary Quinn, Sean McGann, Mike Tarpey, Mary Coleman, Vinny Collins, Declan Molloy, Frank Gannon & all the children who did a great job washing the cars. We raised much needed funds but it also turned out to be a fun day too. A huge thank you to Mattie Ryan who let us use his car wash. Not only did he lose out on his Saturday car wash trade, but he also let us use the equipment free of charge as well as providing tea and coffee to us. We really are grateful for his generosity. Thanks to McGann's in Monivea for allowing us to use their car park as a car wash for the day. Also, thank you to Joyce Laffey who very kindly brought us yummy sausage sandwiches during the day and to Padraig Naughton who got minerals for all the children to keep them hydrated. Finally, thank you to all who brought their cars along to be washed, we really do appreciate your support.

Well done to the Abbeyknockmoy dancers who did very well in Killarney at the weekend who had 3 groups come 1st, 2 groups come 2nd and 1 group came 3rd. A fantastic result all round.

The Club wish to extend their deepest sympathies to Lesley Keary and her family on the death of their mum and also to Tracey Cosgrove & her family whose mum passed away over the weekend. May they Rest in Peace.
