Lotto: Last weeks numbers were 5, 20, 25, 28. There was no jackpot winner and 1 match 3 which was Julia Lane, Laraghmore who receives €40. This weeks lotto numbers were 3, 9, 17, 27. There was no jackpot winner but congrats to Dennis Maher, Shance Martyn & Martin O'Shea who all matched 3 numbers so receive €40 each. Next weeks jackpot is €11,900 and the draw will take place in Ryans Bar. The monthly members draw will be held on this night too so can all members ensure they are paid up to date to be included in the draw.

Hurling: Next Sunday 23rd is our last under age training for 6 & 8's on Sunday morning @ 12.30 for this year. We'll be having a finals day and some sporting games on the day. Many thanks to all under age players, parents and mentors for their time, effort and dedication all year. Well done to all!

U12's drew with Skehana last Mon evening in Abbey, whilst Skehana dominated the play and scoreboard in the 1st half Abbey certainly came out fighting in the 2nd half and dictated the game and displayed a spirited comeback which resulted in a draw 2-5 to 3-2! Well done.

Best of luck to our U16's who are playing against Skehana in the County Semi-final in Skehana at 6:15pm on Friday evening. Training for U16's on this eve (Wed) at 7pm. Junior B league fixture Sunday at 11am V's Kinvara in Kinvara. There is a Hurling Club meeting this Thursday 20th at 9pm at the pitch. All are asked to attend. The Hurling Club got 2 football tickets for All Ireland final. If you wish to be included in members draw please attend the meeting on Thursday or text name to 086 8159309 before 8pm Thursday eve. Tickets must be paid for on the night. We don't know our ticket allocation yet for hurling final replay, but due to huge demand we'll be having members only draw next Mon 24th at 9pm at the pitch. If interested please attend draw with payment or text interest to 086 8159309 before 6pm Mon 24th. Again, tickets must be paid for on the night of the draw.

Camogie: Under age training continues Wed from 7-8pm at the pitch in Abbey. The Junior B team are taking part in the North Board 7 a side competition on the October bank holiday weekend so all players are asked to attend training. There is a Camogie Club meeting on this Wed 19th at 9:30pm in the club. We ask that coaches, adult players and parents of under age attend. Refreshments provided on the night.

General news: Congratulations to Keith & Catherine Higgins, Patrick & Avril Fitzmaurice and to Padraic Maher & Roslynn Kelly on the birth of their baby boys.
