Camogie: Training for camogie from 7 - 8 pm Wednesday evening. We are organising a bus and group tickets to go to the Camogie final on Saturday 11th in Croke Park. Numbers are limited so please contact 087-6361836 to book your place. Also, well done to our Under 12 group who played Monday evening against Moycullen in the U12 mini-league. They had a victorious win finishing 1-2 to 0-0 in a game whereby Abbeyknockmoy had possession of the ball for pretty much most of the game. There were some great attempts at goal which unfortunately went wide but nevertheless the girls showed great team work and skill in their ability to keep control of the ball and giving themselves plenty of opportunities to score. The team on the day was A.Maher, U. Fox, S. Connolly, M. Keane, A. Millar, M. O'Connell, A. Murphy, K. O'Brien, L. Rabbitte, C. Burke, A. Lally, manager Brian Cooley. Well done girls & good luck in your next match against Kiltormer (date to be confirmed).

Congratulations to Rudy Kelly & Laura Martyn on their marriage at the weekend. Congratulations to the Abbeyknockmoy Set Dancers senior ladies and the 12-15 age-group girls on winning the All Ireland Fleadh Cheoil and the U-12 Girls who were runners up in Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann. Well done to the Galway U-21 hurling team on reaching another All-Ireland final.
