There was no jackpot or match three winner in the Joe Coleman Roofing & Carpentry Sponsored Lotto last Monday night. The numbers drawn were 8, 9, 26 and 27. Next weeks draw takes place in Mannion's, jackpot €2,100. Supporters are encouraged to avail Direct Debit as a convenient means of playing the club's Lotto on a weekly basis, the direct debit mandate can be downloaded from the club website.

Intermediate city league versus Oranmore-Maree has been refixed for Thursday evening in Oranmore at 7.30pm. Juniors were defeated by Skehana in their championship group game last Wednesday evening on a scoreline of 2-8 to 1-15. We wish Paddy Flaherty a speedy recovery from injury sustained during the game.

Both minors games fixed last week were cancelled, our game versus Liam Mellows was refixed for last night (Tuesday) report to following in next weeks edition. Training continues Thursday for the minor and U-16 squads at 7.15pm. U-16's had a convincing win last Monday evening against Meelick-Eyrecourt in Cappataggle. Final score 6-15 to 4-08. Team on the day was Dean Keary, Shane King, Cathal Laheen, Aidan Flaherty, Cathal Mannion, John Burke, Stephen Joyce, Kenneth Garvey, Brendan Brennan, Adrian McDonnell, Jarlath Moran, Brian Melia, Eoin Loftus, Caoilin Blade, Daniel Flaherty. Subs Sean Miller, Michael O'Brien and Paddy Miskell. Our next group game will be next Thursday the 22nd at 6.30pm in Kiltormer versus Kiltormer.

The club have organised a Bucking Bronco Rodeo night for Wednesday the 28th of July in the Abbey Inn. Further details to follow in next weeks edition. There will be a club meeting this Friday night at 9.30pm in the clubhouse for all officers of the club.

Under-age hurling for continues for all other age groups to U-12 level this Sunday from 12.30 to 1.30 and all are welcome. We would be appreciative if spare underage helmets could be returned to the club to sell on to the up and coming hurlers in the club.

Congratulions to Vincent Brannelly & Deidre Keane on their recent marriage and to Cathal Duffy and Leona Halton on their recent engagement.

The Club extends its sympathies to the Moran family, Monivea on the untimely death of Teresa Moran, to the Killeen family, Monivea on the death of Mary Killeen and to the Murphy family, Abbey road on the death of Jim Murphy.
